  • Have PHYTEC develop and build a "flat" design that re-uses and integrates our SOM circuitry and target board circuitry on a single PCB (high volume)

Implementation of an OEM-able SOM subassembly as the "core" of your embedded design allows you to focus on hardware peripherals and firmware without expending resources to "re-invent" microcontroller circuitry. Furthermore, much of the value of the phyCORE module lies in its layout and test.

Production Facilities

PHYTEC's new fully-automated assembly line allows us to better serve users of our insert-ready System on Modules.  Our new equipment increases our production capacity; handles advanced SMD assembly of miniature 0402, microBGA and Microvias components; and provides for improved throughput production scheduling and flexibility.  With our enhanced in-house facilities, PHYTEC is now better able to support our customers in all stages in their product cycle: from prototype and evaluation to OEM production.
