Overview

phyCORE®-i.MX 6 is the smallest industrial i.MX 6 design currently available. The CortexTM-A9 offers Quad-Core performance on 40 mm x 50 mm incl. PMIC. The SOM can be equipped with either SLC-NAND Flash or eMMC. It is also available with DSC technology.
