i.MX 95 Development Kit
Our phyCORE-i.MX 95 Development Kit offers a fully featured solution for rapid prototyping and evaluation in industrial applications. It combines the powerful phyCORE-i.MX 95 module with a carrier board that already includes all key interfaces:
- Camera interfaces for multiple MIPI-CSI cameras
- NPU (Neural Processing Unit) for dedicated AI acceleration
- ISP (Image Signal Processor) for high-quality image preprocessing
- Connectivity to cloud services via Ethernet and WLAN/BT
- Yocto Linux with integrated update system for a flexible and secure software environment
Thanks to cutting-edge computing power and integrated security features, you can process sensor data in real time and make autonomous decisions directly at the point of use – ideal for autonomous vehicles, robotics, and demanding industrial applications. The use of high-quality X7R capacitors and the robust design ensure maximum reliability even under extreme environmental conditions.
What is FPSC
FPSC is a future-oriented module layout that incorporates all the features of modern processors while offering maximum interchangeability. Thanks to compatibility with the proven phyCORE-i.MX 8M Plus and AM62L, developers can upgrade their systems to more powerful modules at any time without redesigning the existing baseboard. This scaling concept extends the lifespan of your application and protects your investment in hardware and software.
