The phyGATE-Pontis is the logical addition to the existing OEM product portfolio. Based on TI's AM64x processor, it has enough computing power even for complex data analysis of machines and systems. The controller has up to 4x Cortex for real-time applications®-R5F cores. Industrial interfaces such as Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485 and CAN enable communication with your system, whether as a retrofit solution or a new development. Interfaces for other, license-free protocols such as EtherCAT® (slave and master), PROFINET®, EtherNet/IP™ and IO-Link can be implemented via expansion boards. Other customer-specific functions, e.g. for device/operational security (user security) or information security (protection of the device from sabotage and hacking), can also be implemented via the internal expansion bus. A TPM chip is also available to ensure information security. The phyGATE-Pontis uses a Linux operating system as the basis for your software. Components and Services for updates and device management as well as operating system maintenance can easily be added. The metal housing is suitable for mounting on a DIN rail and ensures sufficient heat dissipation even when the controller is under high load.

As a member of the OEM product portfolio, not only flexible assembly options and additional packages for the phyGATE-Pontis enable optimal adaptation to the area of ​​application and the cost structure, individual housing design and labeling are also possible.
