Our phyCORE-i.MX 95 FPSC offers a powerful and versatile solution for industrial applications. The module combines camera interfaces, NPU, ISP and connectivity to cloud services to enable real-time processing capabilities for autonomous vehicles, robotics and industrial applications. With cutting-edge performance, integrated security features and support for machine learning, it enables fast and reliable processing of sensor data and informed decisions on site. Thanks to high-quality X7R capacitors and industrial design features, the module is particularly suitable for demanding environments. With Yocto Linux and an integrated update system, the module also offers a flexible and secure software environment for developers.

The phyCORE-i.MX 95 FPSC is scalable and pin compatible with FPSC-24A.0-based Productsn like the phyCORE-i.MX 8M Plus FPSC. 

What is FPSC? 

Future Proof Solder Core (FPSC) is a system-on-module design that is designed for simplicity, flexibility and future-proofing. It offers a size and cost-optimized footprint that guarantees a particularly high production yield thanks to stable anchor solder connections. FPSC modules have a unique pinout that is divided into three compatibility zones:

1. Must-have signals
2. Preferred Signals
3. Proprietary Signals

This structure enables the use of current and future processor features without compromising on standardization. FPSC allows scalable performance and cost-efficient carrier board design through staggered pins and optimized pinout routing.
