Your tasks:

  • Acquiring new customers in technical sales and strategically expanding existing customer relationships
  • Technical consulting and negotiation with our customers and partners
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional, reliable and solution-oriented support
  • Participation in trade fairs and customer visits within Europe. Responsible project tracking and implementation with continuous customer support.
  • Targeted expansion of the customer base to include new companies, industries and markets
  • Independent execution of market analyses and implementation of strategic sales measures
  • Secure communication in German and English with international customers, partners and internal contacts.

 

Your profile:

  • Completed technical studies or alternatively, completed technical training 
  • Experience in customer service or technical sales - ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Good technical knowledge and quick comprehension, ideally in the field of hardware and software (Linux, Security, …)
  • Strong customer and success orientation, excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, good numerical understanding, and strong teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
  • Willingness to travel
