Your tasks:

  • Independent review, posting and booking of business transactions
  • Monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments and account reconciliation
  • Implementation of accounts receivable and accounts payable management, including dunning procedures.
  • Maintenance and management of master data
  • Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements and tax returns
  • Coordination with tax advisors and commercial management
  • Creation of analyses, reports and presentations
  • Correspondence with authorities, customers, suppliers and external partners
  • Monitoring of deadlines, contracts and financial transactions
  • Clarification of tax issues (including VAT, input tax, §13b VAT Act)

 

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the commercial or tax field (e.g., financial accountant, certified accountant, tax clerk, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of tax law, in particular value added tax
  • Professional experience in financial accounting
  • Structured, meticulous and independent work style
  • Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
  • Proficient use of common accounting systems and MS Office
