We are hiring: Web Application Developer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • They support the maintenance of our existing business logic tool (LAMP stack), in which our industry-specific key processes are mapped and supported.
  • As a team, they are designing and developing the new business logic tool (MERN stack with MySQL, Express.js, React and Node.js) as a modern successor.
  • They utilize the capabilities of MySQL (Events, Stored Procedures and Functions, Transactions) for high-performance processing of large amounts of data within the database.
  • They support the ERP migration to SAP S/4HANA:
  • through the change of interfaces and data sources of the external business logic tools,
  • through the integration of new interactions into the web frontend for remote operation of SAP via RFC and API

 

Your profile:

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist with a focus on application development or a comparable qualification.
  • They have extensive experience in the intensive use of MySQL, especially with stored procedures and functions, transactions and events.
  • They have knowledge of web application development, especially with Express.js, React, Vue.js and Node.js, and enjoy using this knowledge.
  • They are characterized by curiosity and enthusiasm for new topics and technologies – complex tasks provide additional motivation.
  • They have an affinity for AI tools and use them profitably in their daily work.
  • Your work style is characterized by independence and goal orientation.
  • They are fluent in German (C2 level).
  • The following knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement:
  • Experience with Scrum,
  • Experience with tools from JetBrains (PhpStorm, IntelliJ), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Git
