The next generation of the PHYTEC family

PHYTEC Technologie Holding AG will remain owner-managed for the next few decades and will ensure continuity and trust for the future with an early succession plan for board positions. As the company announced at a ceremony, Daniel Neubecker - son of the company's founder Karl Neubecker - and his brother-in-law Christian Waidner will be appointed to the board alongside Michael Mitezki and Bodo Huber in June 2024. The current and future management board together hold the majority of voting rights in the holding group.
