Overview

With up to six TriCore processor cores, each with 300 MHz clock speed and up to 8 MB SRAM: the TriCore Aurix TC399 Aurix offers the highest computing power of Infineon's 32-bit TriCore series. With improved functions for vehicle communication, data security and functional safety, it is predestined for safety-critical applications in industry, robotics and the automotive sector - from real-time assistance systems to automated applications.

PHYTEC's phyCORE-TC399 System on Module supports all the features of the processor and is largely pin-compatible with the modules of the phyCORE-TC179x series. PHYTEC offers a corresponding TriCore Development Kit to start up the module.
