Your profile:

  • Completed business or technical studies or alternatively completed technical training
  • Professional experience in customer service
  • Technical knowledge and quick comprehension, ideally in the areas of hardware and software (Linux, middleware, ...)
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred
  • High customer orientation, strong communication skills and a confident appearance
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, good understanding of numbers and great ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Willingness to travel
